Ms. Diane Fraccastoro
4th Grade
My Biography
Education: I received my Bachelor's of Elementary Education from the University of Mississippi in 2008 and my Master's in Curriculum and Instruction in 2010 from the University of Phoenix, and in 2017 I earned my National Board Certification as a Middle Childhood Generalist.
Experience: This school year marks my 14th year of teaching at Lake Cormorant Elementary. I have taught nine years of 5th grade, two years of second grade, and now three years of 4th grade.
Bio: I was born in Atlanta, GA, where I lived until the age of five. At that time my parents moved to a small town in East Mississippi to be closer to my mom's family. My Dad was a United States Marine and later became a paint contractor. My mother was an accountant until she retired. I have one late sister that lived in Ohio and a brother in Texas. I have lived in several southern states: Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Louisiana. I have two children that I adore. I am also a huge animal lover. I have 4 dogs (3 boxers and 1 beagle), 3 spoiled cats, and a bearded dragon who stays in our classroom.
